Recreation Ground Bookings

To book any of the facilities at the Recreation Ground, please contact the Clerk on 07399 326889 or email info@hallatontrust.org.uk or use the form provided below. The booking form must be signed to confirm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Hire and returned to the Clerk.
Please note that all bookings are provisional until acceptance and confirmation are received from the Trustees via the Clerk. You are advised not to make any further arrangements until confirmation has been received.
To make a provisional booking, please complete, sign, and submit the booking form to the Clerk at info@hallatontrust.org.uk
We will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours (Mondays to Fridays, except Bank Holidays) to confirm your booking.
By booking the Recreation Ground, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Hire. We recommend that all hirers familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions of Hire before booking any of the facilities to check that requirements can be met.
The full hire charge is payable before the date of hire.
Reduced rates are applied for regular users of the Recreation Ground and certain local groups. Please ask for details.
The Recreation Ground is ideal for weddings, private functions, and meetings. Please contact the Clerk for customised personal quotes.

Confirmation & Payment

Upon confirmation of your booking, an invoice will be issued.
Payment is due before the date of hire.
BANK TRANSFER is the preferred method of payment. Please identify the payer with the invoice number as the reference number.

Access

The Clerk will provide access details upon confirmation of booking and receipt of payment.
