The Hallaton and Isabella Stenning Trust (HIST), is a local charity covering Hallaton and the surrounding areas.
The object of HIST is to promote charitable purposes for those who live in Hallaton and the surrounding areas. In particular:
1. The provision and maintenance of almshouses
2. The provision and maintenance of a village hall and recreation ground, and
3. The relief of poverty, the promotion of education, the promotion of religion.
